The registration of basic information for student clubs for the first semester of the 114 academic year is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 2. At that time, the Student Club Activity Information System will be rebooted. Previous data will be cleared to prepare the system for inputting new information for the 114 academic year.
Once the system has been rebooted, data from the current (113-2) semester will no longer be retained or editable. Therefore, we strongly advise all clubs to log into the Student Club Activity Information System and check the “Member Information Maintenance” section before the system reboot to ensure that all current basic information and member (including officer) data for this semester (113-2) are fully completed.
Failure to do so may affect the eligibility of your officers to apply for official activity certificates for the 113-2 semester. Please ensure that all necessary actions are taken before the system reboot.
